If your payment card has expired, been blocked, or is otherwise invalid — and you haven’t updated it in your AutoBizz Smart agreement — your bizz will be automatically blocked. That means you can’t use it to travel, and you’ll need to buy a regular ticket on site.
Please note: No refund is given for tickets purchased manually.
How to get back on course
To avoid trouble and extra costs, we recommend:
- Checking your payment card regularly – especially if you’ve received a new one or your current card is about to expire.
- Updating your card details in your AutoBizz Smart profile. It only takes a moment and can be done online.
