How to cancel your AutoBizz Smart agreement
1. First, cancel your agreement directly with your bizz provider.
Øresundslinjen does not receive direct notification from BroBizz when bizzes are deregistered. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Oresundslinjen to cancel the AutoBizz Smart agreement.
2. Log in to your profile
- Go to https://www.oresundslinjen.se/ and log in under "Mit ÖRESUNDSLINJEN" in the menu bar.
3. Find your agreement
In the menu on the left, click “Travel frequently”.
Click on the agreement you wish to cancel.
4. Delete the agreement
Click the red button at the bottom of the page.
Confirm that you want to delete the agreement.
You will now receive an email confirming that your AutoBizz Smart agreement has been deleted.
