1. Have you received a new payment card?
Then you need to update your card details – otherwise, the payment won’t go through.
If your bizz is from Brobizz:
- Go to https://brobizz.com/en/
If your bizz is from ØresundPAY:
2. Do you have an unpaid invoice?
An unpaid invoice could also be the reason. Log in to your account with the provider you got your bizz from and check if anything is pending.
