If you have accidentally made a double booking (i.e. purchased two identical tickets for the same departure), one of the tickets can be refunded free of charge by contacting us here before the scheduled departure.
The refund is subject to the following conditions:
Both tickets are for the same departure (date and time)
Both tickets are in the same name
If a vehicle has been booked, the license plate number must be identical on both tickets
If there is a price difference between the two tickets, the most recently purchased ticket will be refunded.
