It is possible to add a no-change-fee & refund option to your trip. This allows you to change your ticket without the change fee up until 3 months from original departure - or get a refund.
Change and refund addon:
- Price: 100 DKK / 150 SEK
- Low-price tickets can be changed without a change fee
- Validity extended from 1 month to 3 months
- The ticket can be refunded
Practical information:
- Add-ons can only be purchased via the app or oresundslinjen.com
- Only valid for low-price tickets on local crossings (Helsingborg - Helsingør / Helsingør - Helsingborg)
- Only valid for standard cars – not for foot passenger tickets
