No, you cannot use PayByPlate if you are travelling with an active Bizz agreement.
Why not?
When you have an active Bizz agreement, your journey is automatically registered via your physical Bizz device. The system prioritises Bizz as the payment method, so your license plate will not be used for check-in, even if it was added during booking.
What should I do instead?
- Make sure your Bizz device is correctly mounted on the windscreen.
- Check that your Bizz agreement is active with BroBizz or ØresundPAY.
- You don’t need to show a ticket – the barrier will open automatically when the Bizz device is detected.
